Our Policy
Esthetics Beauty Parlor does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please send a photo of the damaged items to estheticsbeautyparlor@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item- in which case, we will gladly pay for the return shipment charge.
